§ 23-17.4-15.1. Prohibition on placement into unlicensed assisted living residences and reporting
               requirements.
(a) No public agency employee shall place, refer, or recommend placement of a person into
            an assisted living residence that is operating without a license.
         
(b) Any public agency employee who knows that an assisted living residence is operating
            without a license shall report the name and address of the home to the licensing agency.
         
(c) The licensing agency shall investigate any report filed under subsection (b). If the
