§ 23-17.30-7. Severability.

If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or its application to any person or circumstance, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the reminder of the chapter, rule, or regulation and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by its invalidity. The invalidity of any section or sections or portion of any section or sections of this chapter shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this chapter.
