§ 23-17.3-5. Reports and recommendations.
The council shall submit an annual report to the governor and the general assembly
            on or before January 15th of each year, setting forth the council's recommendations
            for the betterment of long-term health care for the elderly. In addition, the council
            shall make recommendations to the appropriate state agencies whenever it considers
            the recommendations to be necessary.
