§ 23-17.29-8. Notice to visitors.

(a) If a resident conducts authorized electronic monitoring, a sign shall be clearly and conspicuously posted at each facility entrance accessible to visitors. The notice must state the following in large, easy-to-read type, "The rooms of some residents may be monitored electronically by or on behalf of the residents.�

(b) A sign shall also be clearly and conspicuously posted at the entrance to a resident's room where authorized electronic monitoring is being conducted. The notice must state the following in large, easy-to-read type: "This room is electronically monitored
