§ 23-17-58. Documentation of pre-hospital and pre-freestanding emergency-care facility exposure
               of emergency medical services workers.
Hospitals and freestanding emergency-care facilities shall be required to complete
            the hospital-related information requirements of the pre-hospital exposure form for
            emergency service workers as required by § 23-4.1-19. Further, the hospitals and freestanding emergency-care facilities shall report to
            the director of the department of health the information and data as may be required
            by regulation.
