§ 23-17-56. School based health centers — Special requirements and exceptions.

(a) In order to apply for and/or maintain a current license as a school based health center, a person must possess a current license as a health care facility pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

(b) School based health centers shall be exempt from the provisions of §§ 23-17-14.3 and 23-17-14.4.
