§ 23-17-32. Mammograms — Quality assurance standards.
Any licensed health care facility performing a mammogram shall meet state-approved
            quality assurance standards for taking and processing mammograms. The director of
            health shall have the authority to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry
            out the provisions of this section.
