§ 23-17-17. Penalty for operation of unlicensed health care facility.
Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any health care facility
            without a license under this chapter shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars
            ($5,000) or imprisoned not more than one year or both, in the discretion of the court,
            for each offense.
