§ 23-17-15.1. Reports public.
Copies of survey reports from the joint commission on accreditation of health care
            organizations and the American Osteopathic Association and any other reports from
            other accrediting organizations incorporated by reference in the reports, provided
            to the licensing agency by hospitals shall be public records as defined in chapter 2 of title 38.
