§ 23-16.2-13. Violation of this chapter.
In addition to the revocation or suspension of the licenses granted under this chapter
            as provided for in § 23-16.2-7, any person who commits a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
            and punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment
            for a term of not more than one year, or both.
