§ 23-16-3. State advisory council.
The governor shall establish a state advisory council or councils and appoint appropriate
            representatives, including representatives required as a condition of eligibility
            for benefits under the appropriate federal act or acts, to consult with the director
            of the state department of health in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
