§ 23-15-6.1. Action subsequent to review.

Development of any new institutional health services or new health care equipment approved by the state agency must be initiated within one year of the date of the approval and may not exceed the maximum amount of capital expenditures specified in the decision of the state agency without prior authorization of the state agency. The state agency, with the advice of the health services council, shall adopt procedures for the review of the applicant's failure to develop new institutional health services or new health care equipment within the timeframe and capital limitation stipulated in this secti
