§ 23-14.1-6. Duties of the director.
The director shall:
(1) Grant loan repayments to successful applicants as determined by the board.
         
(2) Enter into contracts, on behalf of the department with each successful applicant,
            reflecting the purpose and intent of this chapter.
         
(3) Be authorized to implement legal proceedings against eligible health professionals
            participating in the Rhode Island health professional loan repayment program determined
            by the director to be in default or breach of contract.

§ 23-14.1-6. Duties of the director.
