§ 23-13.8-13. Grounds for refusal, revocation, or suspension.
(a) Upon due notice and hearing in accordance with chapter 35 of title 42 ("administrative proceduresâ€�), and the provisions of this chapter, any violation
            pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, may be cause for denial, revocation, or
            suspension of license or for imposing a fine of not more than one thousand dollars
            ($1,000).
         
(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the inspection, enforcement, and penalties
            for violations of this chapter or the rules and regulations of the department shall
