§ 23-13-8. Violations pertaining to ophthalmia neonatorum.
The failure of any person mentioned in §§ 23-13-4 — 23-13-7 to report any and all cases of ophthalmia neonatorum, as directed in this chapter,
            or the failure or refusal of any person or institution mentioned in §§23-13-4 — 23-13-7, to obey any rule or regulation adopted by the department of health under this chapter,
            shall constitute a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined not less than
            ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), or imprisoned for not
            less than ten (10) days nor more than six (6) months, or both.
