§ 23-11-14. Reports by public and private laboratories.
Whenever any public or private laboratory performs a laboratory test for any sexually
            transmitted disease, the result, if reactive or positive, shall be reported within
            ten (10) days after the test by the person in charge of the laboratory to the state
            department of health in the manner and form that may be prescribed by the director
            of health.
