§ 23-11-12. Refusal to submit to examination.
Any person refusing to permit the department of health to examine him or her, as provided
            in § 23-11-11, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine
            of fifty dollars ($50.00), or by imprisonment for thirty (30) days, or by both fine
            and imprisonment.
