§ 23-103-5. Reporting requirement.
Each time a facility updates a list as required under §§ 23-103-3(g) and 23-103-4(e)(4), the facility shall submit the updated list to the commission. The commission may prescribe the form in which the updated list shall be submitted to the commission.
