§ 23-101-9. Professions covered.

The protections afforded by the provisions of this chapter for providing gender-affirming healthcare services, legally protected healthcare activity, and reproductive healthcare services, shall apply to the following healthcare providers:

(1) A qualified physician licensed pursuant to chapters 37 and 37.3 of title 5;

(2) A qualified osteopathic physician licensed pursuant to chapter 37 of title 5;

(3) A qualified physician assistant licensed pursuant to chapter 54 of title 5;
