§ 23-10-5. Transmission of reports to local agencies.
The state department of health shall be authorized to submit reports of cases of tuberculosis
            which it receives and has on file in its register to city and town health departments
            and to other community agencies, voluntary and official, properly organized to receive
            those reports, capable of maintaining an adequate system of tuberculosis control within
            their respective communities.
