§ 23-10-4. Register of tubercular cases.
It shall be the duty of the state department of health to keep a register of all persons
            in this state known to be affected with tuberculosis. The state department of health
            shall have sole, exclusive control of that register and shall not permit its inspection
            nor disclose any of its personal particulars except to officials authorized under
            the laws of this state to receive that information.
