§ 23-10-3. Prosecution of violations.
It shall be the duty of the director of health to report to the prosecuting officers
            of the different cities and towns in this state any violation of the requirements
            of §§ 23-10-1 and 23-10-2, and it shall be the duty of the prosecuting officers of the several cities and towns
            to immediately obtain warrants for the apprehension of persons violating the requirements
            of §§ 23-10-1 and 23-10-2.
