§ 23-1.7-1. Duties — Director of the department of health.
The director of the department of health shall develop and carry out an assessment
            of all state programs that address Alzheimer's disease and shall maintain and annually
            update the Rhode Island state plan for Alzheimer's disease and related disorders,
            and promulgate rules and regulations to implement the purpose of this chapter.
