§ 23-1.3-18. Conflicting laws.
This chapter shall not be construed as repealing any laws of the state relating to radiation sources, exposures, radiation protection, and professional licensure, but shall be held and construed as auxiliary and supplementary to other laws, except to the extent that they are in direct conflict with this chapter. Nothing in this chapter or in any code, rules, or regulations promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall preclude the right of any governing body of a municipality to adopt ordinances or regulations not inconsistent with this chapter or any code, rules, or regulations promulgated p
