§ 23-1.1-6. Appropriations — Disbursement.
The general assembly shall annually appropriate sums that are necessary to carry out
            the provisions of this chapter. The state controller is authorized and directed to
            draw his or her orders on the general treasurer for the payment of the sums so appropriated
            or so much of the sums as may from time to time be required upon receipt by him or
            her of proper vouchers approved by the chief of the division of occupational health,
            and by the director.
