§ 23-1.1-5. Compliance inspectors — Assignment — Duties.
Compliance inspectors shall devote their entire scheduled work time and attention
            to the duties of their respective offices. The director shall assign compliance inspectors
            to the duties to be performed. No employee of the division of occupational health
            shall accept other employment which the director determines is in conflict with his
            or her official duties.
