§ 23-1.1-13. Penalties.
(a) Any person who gives advance notice of any inspection to be conducted under this chapter,
            without authority from the director of labor and training, shall, upon conviction,
            be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment
            for not more than one year, or by both.
         
(b) All other penalties shall be assessed in accordance with § 28-20-18.
