§ 23-1-25. Penalties.
Unless another penalty is provided by the laws of this state, any person who violates any law administered by the director or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to authority granted to the director shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty
(30)days, or both, and for violation of a compliance order of the director by a fine
of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or by imprisonment for not more than
ninety (90) days, or both, for each offense or violation, and each day's failure to
comply with any such law, rule, r
