Text
(a)Prospective.--This subchapter applies to arbitration of a family law dispute under an arbitration agreement made on or after the effective date of this section.
(b)Retroactive.--If an arbitration agreement was made before the effective date of this section, the parties may agree in a record that this subchapter applies to the arbitration.
