Text
(a)Motion.--After an arbitrator gives notice under section 7385(a) (relating to award) or makes a correction under section 7387 (relating to correction by arbitrator of unconfirmed award), a party may move the court for an order confirming the award or, when applicable, entry of the divorce decree incorporating the award.
(b)Grounds.--Except as set forth in subsection (c), the court shall confirm an award if any of the following paragraphs apply:
(1)The parties agree in a record to confirmation.
(2)All of the following apply:
(i)The time period under section 7388 (relating to correction or confirmation by court of unconfirmed award) has expired, and no motion is pending under section 7388.
(ii)The time period under section 7389(e) (relating to vacation, amendment or confirmation
