§ 3119 — Rules and regulations

Pennsylvania·Title 42 JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE·Part PART III·Ch. 31 SELECTION AND RETENTION OF JUDICIAL OFFICERS·Subch. QUALIFICATIONS OF CERTAIN MINOR JUDICIARY
The board shall have the power to promulgate, with the approval of the Supreme Court, such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out its duties under this subchapter.
