§ 5711 — Privileged communications

Pennsylvania·Title 18 CRIMES AND OFFENSES·Part PART II·Ch. 57 WIRETAPPING AND ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE·Subch. WIRE, ELECTRONIC OR ORAL COMMUNICATION
No otherwise privileged communication intercepted in accordance with, or in violation of, the provisions of this chapter shall lose its privileged character.
