(a)Definitions.--The following words and phrases when used in this division shall have, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the meanings given to them in this subsection: "Buyer."A person who buys or contracts to buy goods. "Good faith."(Deleted by amendment). "Receipt."Receipt of goods means taking physical possession of them. "Seller."A person who sells or contracts to sell goods.
