Text
(1)A person aggrieved by an order of the director which has been the subject of a timely application for hearing before the director shall be entitled to judicial review of the order under ORS chapter 183.
(2)No judgment of a reviewing court under ORS chapter 183 shall bar the director from thereafter vacating or modifying an order involved in the proceeding for review, or entering any new order, for a proper cause which was not decided by the reviewing court.
