Text
(1)Except as provided in ORS 183.745, upon the entry of an order under this chapter, the director shall promptly give to all interested persons notice of the order and notice that a hearing will be held on the order if a written demand for a hearing is filed with the director within 20 days after the date of service of the order.
(2)If timely demand for a hearing is filed, the director shall hold a hearing on the order as provided by ORS chapter 183. In the absence of a timely demand for a hearing, no person shall be entitled to judicial review of the order.
(3)After the hearing, the director shall enter a final order vacating, modifying or affirming the order.
