The boundary of Wasco County is as follows: Beginning at a point on the boundary of the state opposite the meander corner between sections 3 and 4, township 2 north, range 11 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence running south along the section line between sections 3 and 4, and along such line extended southerly along section lines to a point on the Willamette Base Line at the southeast corner of section 33, township 1 north, range 11 east of Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along the base line to the northeast corner of township 1 south, range 10 east of Willamette Meridian; thence south along the township lines to the southeast corner of township 3 south, range 10 east of Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along the south line of township 3 south, range 10 east, and such line ex
