The boundary of Harney County is as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south boundary of the state and the east line of range 28 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence northerly along such range line to the northeast corner of township 33 south, range 28 east; thence westerly along township lines to the southwest corner of township 32 south, range 24 east; thence northerly along the west line of range 24 east to the northwest corner of township 22 south, range 24 east; thence easterly to the northeast corner of such township; thence northerly along the east line of range 24 east to the township line between townships 18 and 19 south; thence easterly along such township line to the line between ranges 32 and 33 east; thence northerly along such range line to the line between tow
