The boundary of Morrow County is as follows: Beginning at a point on the boundary of the state due north from the half-township line running north and south through the center of township 5 north, range 27 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence running due south to and on such line to the north boundary line of township 1 north, range 27; thence due east on the township line to its intersection with the range line between ranges 28 and 29 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence due south on such range line to the base line; thence due east on the base line to its intersection with the range line between ranges 29 and 30 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence due south on such range line to the southeast corner of township 6 south, range 29 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence due west
