§ 69-609 — Allowance of accounts for repair or reconstruction of
Oklahoma·Title 69 Roads, Bridges, And Ferries
bridges. The accounts for repairing or reconstructing such bridges destroyed or damaged shall be filed and allowed by the board of county commissioners upon accounts itemized and verified by affidavit as in other cases.
