§ 69-4016 — Contributions, gifts, etc. to certain railroads and other

entities prohibited. The Department of Transportation is prohibited from contributing to, subsidizing, or giving away any real or personal property to a railroad or any other entity that is not owned by the State of Oklahoma or a political subdivision thereof.
