Text

Commission. In any action to quiet title to real property, the Department or the Commission may be made a party defendant for the purpose of determining whether the Department or the Commission has or claims any interest in such real property; and in any such action service of summons upon the Department or the Commission may be made by delivery of a copy of the summons to the Director.
