§ 69-303-A — Soliciting or receiving political contributions by
Oklahoma·Title 69 Roads, Bridges, And Ferries
members of Highway Commission prohibited. No appointed member of the State Highway Commission shall directly or indirectly solicit, receive or in any manner be concerned in soliciting or receiving any assessment, subscription or contribution for any political organization, candidacy or other political purpose.
