The powers, duties and restraints granted to or placed on municipalities by this act or the trustees of any trust created under the terms of this act are exclusive of and unaffected by the provisions of Section 1733, Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes; Sections 1 through 52, Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and Sections 176 through 180.3, Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and in addition thereto all other acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby repealed only to the extent of such conflict and for the purpose of the applicability of this act.
