The portion of State Highway 46 from the junction of State Highway 46 and State Highway 15 extending south to the junction of State Highway 46 and the Sharon-Shattuck Road shall be designated as the “E.A. Woods Memorial Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name.
