Memorial Highway. The portion of State Highway 66 in Sapulpa from the intersection of 96th Street (Hilton Road) to 100th Street shall be designated the “Officer Larry W. Cantrell and Mr. Charles L. Cantrell Memorial Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing their names.
