Text

The bridge on U.S. Highway 177 crossing over Black Bear Creek approximately two (2) miles north of U.S. Highway 64 in Noble County shall be designated as the "Brooks Mittasch Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
