Memorial Highway. The portion of State Highway 51 in Payne County that is between the junctions of State Highway 108 with State Highway 51 shall be designated as the “Sheriff Jerry Beall and Police Chief Joe Rowden Memorial Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name.
