Text

The section of State Highway 16 beginning at the railroad bridge in Beggs extending east two (2) miles in Okmulgee County shall be designated as the "Dawson Sumner Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
