Text

The section of State Highway 7 beginning at the intersection of North 2974 Road extending east to North Stephens County Road 3000 in Stephens County shall be designated as the "Joe Diffie Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
