Memorial Bridge. The bridge crossing over Panther Creek on U.S. Highway 64 in Pawnee County shall be designated as the "James L. Holt, Pres. of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
